I know a lot of people are looking for an edge and looking for bodybuilding techniques that might help speed up their muscle and fitness progress, but to make a long story short, when it comes to building muscle like a bodybuilder, everyone approaches diet and training exactly the same way.

There’s is no specific routine that only a female bodybuilder is supposed to do. She must approach her workout like every other male bodybuilder – muscle is muscle.
